Parmesan Pull Apart Bread

This is a new recipe. Technically I have made it before, but it has been YEARS!

I got it off a website a long time ago and I can not even remember which website or who originally posted it. I do remember it was a Weight Watcher Friendly recipe, but I do not have any real nutritional information on it.

Despite the picture, this is so yummy. I over cooked it a bit.  Kids were fighting, one was whining cause he was tired….so I kinda forgot about it. So other than being a tad over cooked, I love this. My hubby loves it when its over cooked, cause he is a crust man. He likes the crust of bread and I think its disgusting.

Parmesan Pull Apart Bread

Can of reduced fat Grands Biscuits
2-3 pads of butter
2-3 garlic gloves
shredded Parmesan cheese

preheat oven to 375 degrees. Spray a loaf bread pan with non stick cooking spray. Take the biscuits and cut into Fourths. Melt the butter and minced garlic together. Dip the bread pieces in the butter/garlic mixture and then into the shredded Parmesan cheese.
Press all pieces into bread pan Parmesan cheese DOWN. It will be a tight fit but it will all fit. Cook for 10-15mins. Watch after 10 mins so not to over cook. Turn out onto plate. Pull pieces off and serve.
