My husband and J-dude love rice. They could eat it by the bowl full if I allowed it. C-man is so picky that I do not even bother anymore. M-girl likes rice that has tons of flavor. Her favorite is Mexican rice.

Our favorites are the Uncle Ben’s Whole Grain Brown Rice Collection. They have boil in a bag brown rice and fast and natural brown rice. I love how fast they cook (10minutes moms!) and how if I forget to use chicken broth to boil them in and just use plain water they have tons of flavor that my whole family loves.
I have used the rice in stir fry’s, chicken dishes, and even sneaked it into a meatloaf! Talk about yum!

I love love love the uncle bens whole grain brown rice! Yumm! We also like the wild whole grain medley. Thanks for the heads up to the recipes and coupon!!
