A Soul Mate is described as someone you have a deep passionate relationship with.
This can also apply to exercise and fitness. Do you have that Soul Mate Exercise? That one form of exercise you love to do no matter what day it is, what time it is or how exhausted you are?
I for one, do not.
I want to have a soul mate exercise but so far I am coming up empty and alone.
I have tried:
- Walking
- Running
- Tae Bo
- Weight Lifting at home
- Workout DVD’s at home
- Wii Active
None of those are something that I just love with a a deep passion. Maybe I am not doing them correctly or maybe I am just a hater of exercise? Who knows. I played sports in school and loved it! Maybe I am just meant to get out there and play a round of basketball? Or join a church volleyball league? That is a little difficult with kids and my schedule though.

Why dont you join some sort of sports league? The church league sounds like something they may have childcare for so you can attend the practices. And the co-ed teams are held in the afternoons so maybe the hubs can come with you and watch the kiddos while you play?
