Dr. Oz has a 11 week Fitness plan on his site that you can personalize just for you! It has customized workouts by certified personal trainers and more!

What a awesome plan! I plan to check it today and download it myself! I would love to hear if you plan to try it out ad what you think of the plan!

I saw that show and wondered about it myself. 11 weeks – I could do that! I am curious about his food tracker. Please post if you check it out.
