Well the first seven days of this challenge was “ok”.
I could of done better at the beginning of the week that is for sure. I was very stressed and busy planning for my trip to San Diego that fitness was the last thing on my mind.
I stuck with the challenge though and here is what I did the first 7 days:
Monday, August 1st- 3.96 mile bike ride + logged 6,064 steps.
Tuesday, August 2nd-walking and a AB workout
Wednesday, August 3rd- Walking and a AB workout
Thursday, August 4th- More walking in San Diego
Friday, August 5th- 5K run + walked around Blog her for HOURS!
Saturday, August 6th- 1 hour of yoga and lots of walking in San Diego
Sunday, August 7th- walking.
And yes, I forgot about my pedometer so that’s why there is no step count listed on the other days.
Next week will be better for me. I will be back home, less stressed and ready to concur the world!
I plan to start back my running routine, regardless of how tired I am or how hot it is. This will mean getting up super early and making myself get up! This is the hardest part for me. I end up staying up later than I should so when the alarm goes off at 5-5:30am I shut it off and do not give it another thought.
