My friend Cyndy over at Daily Cynema started a 30 day challenge on her blog. Each month she will have a new challenge for us.
This month is Fitness/Exercise.
She is challenging us to get up and get active for the whole entire month of August!
I love this idea and I am thrilled to participate! I will be posting every Sunday to let you guys know how I have been doing for the week.
My plan for exercise this month include:
- a 5K at Blog Her
- a hour of Bootcamp at Blog Her
- a hour of yoga at Blog Her
- bike rides
- runs- training for a half marathon
- playing soccer with the kids
- gruntstyle workouts
