I ran across this fantastic picture on Pinterest the other day and was immediately drawn to it.
We do not eat TERRIBLE but we do have the occasional junk. This challenge to me is something that can really make a person push themselves to try and do something they have never done before and it is very simple.
The Challenge is simply 21 days. That is it. Nothing more.
No junk food for 21 days.
I printed this and it is on my fridge and my pantry as my reminder.
