Wear something you are comfortable in, be it jeans, shirts or quirky dresses and skirts. If you like weird and are comfortable with it, then by all means wear it. You wouldn’t know some “normal” mom out there is also dying to come out of the box fashion-wise and will the courage to do it because of you!

Find you balance. Glitter make-up, crazy 80s neon, and other fads are not suitable for your age but in the mix of what you like there is some timeless classics that you can easily rock at 29. Don’t go out like how you think “moms” should dress. You’ll age before you eyes.

You should shop where YOU feel comfortable. You will be spending much of your life *not for yourself*, so do something simple to keep *you* YOU!

You are oh so young! And, you should dress young if you feel like it… and dress more conservatively when you feel it fits your mood or the occasion. Don’t – EVER – get caught up into trying to be what *someone else* thinks you should be. Now, get your ass back to Hot Topic and HAVE FUN!

If you feel comfortable in it I say go for it. I have found that I’m no longer aware of what I feel comfortable in. Over the years I became the clearance rack mom, the one that grabs a t-shirt and goes. Kids and hubby I always buy them nice but me, it was always cheap. That is until I started losing the weight, now I’m wanting more of the cute outfits the celebrity moms are wearing (just not as expensive) or the more professional tops/skirts/dresses. So figure out what YOU like and wear it.

BE YOURSELF! Most opinions are like …holes, everyone has one, most of them stink. Don’t care what someone else thinks about you or how you dress. Just be you.
