I don’t know about you but working out to music really get my blood pumping and it pushes me to keep going. Maybe that’s why I don’t do well in class settings or going for walks with friends. With the class and DVDs you have to listen to the instructor to know what to do next and when you walk with friends you are pretty much forced to talk to the person you are with.
Me?
I need music. Daily. I crave it. A day without music is a sad sad day for me. When I workout it is no different. I need that music, that beat to keep me moving. I am so the person you see running or walking around the neighborhood singing as they run. And no I do not sing to myself so if you are to get out and walk next to me you would get to enjoy my vocals. I’m not sure if that makes you lucky or not. Luckily, I don’t care. I sing for me and that’s all that matters.

Loving your list I dont have an ipod yet but when I do get one all those will be on it.
Best running song for me is the Cranberries Zombie, its beat is the perfect running pace.
I misplaced my mp3 player but when I had it I liked listening to christian music and also my jazz music hat was upbeat
