		<description><![CDATA[LOVE how honest and raw you are in this post! I too have reprioritized my focus the past few weeks/month.  Fitness has NOT been number one like it had been the past year... but now I am more focused on what really matters: family &amp; my faith.  

I love how you are getting back to basics... doing what you KNOW works - planing, routine, and scheduling.

I am SO proud of you and excited for you to embark upon your first half marathon in a few weeks!! YOu are such an inspiration ... more than you know!!

		<description><![CDATA[WOW girl that&#039;s deep! Seriously. I hear you and everything that you are saying. Some days I want to rest too. But I have already thrown caution to the wind with exercise, eating and not putting myself at the top of my list. This is how I got into this mess! That is always a reminder for me as to why I need to power on. The best way to keep on track is through friends! Either online or offline I am accountable. I surround myself with people who are working on the same goals. It&#039;s hard. Most of my &quot;inner&quot; circle does not eat healthy or work out. Therefore I need those extra friendships online and at the gym. I have to be around those people to pull their energy and lift me up on days when I just don&#039;t wanna! Also, having something to train for really does help. Good luck getting back on track! I&#039;m totally cheering for you!]]></description>
