I will be honest.
I don’t always cook from scratch. I do my best, believe me. My grocery bill proves that I buy tons of fresh produce and whole grains.
There are some days that I just don’t have the time or the energy to go that in depth when it comes to a meal. There is nothing to be ashamed of either. Having a little help is perfectly fine and dandy.
That is why I keep a couple boxes of Betty Crocker Mashed potatoes on hand.
They have all sorts of flavors available now too. Our favorite is the Loaded Mashed Potatoes. Just like a baked potato with all the trimmings but in a convenient box!
With a taste that is just like homemade, new Betty Crocker “Loaded Mashed” potatoes are made with 100% real russet potatoes, and a blend of real seasonings and natural flavors like bacon, cheese, chives, and sour cream.
Add Betty Crocker flavored mashed potatoes to your favorite recipe for an ideal addition to any dinner-time dish. With nine tasty varieties to choose from, like Four Cheese and Sweet Potato, and a great value price, Betty Crocker flavored mashed potatoes are the perfect go-to side dish for your favorite meals.
These are a great things to add to your list as a pantry staple for those nights where you just don’t have the time or energy to cook a elaborate meal for your family.
I served ours with a roast I had put in the crock pot earlier in the day and some roasted Brussels sprouts. They were all perfect together!
You can get a 55 cent off coupon for your very own box of Loaded Mashed Potatoes from Betty Crocker HERE.

I usually keep frozen family meals. When I get in a bind, they are so simple to just throw in the oven.
