The water bottles do not weigh you down so there is no bumping of heavy bottles or packs. The zipper pocket is perfect for my iPhone as well! I can still have my ear buds on listening to music and carry my iPhone to track my run. No uncomfortable arm band to chafe on my arm. It really is so comfortable and talk about convenience! It helps me stay hydrated on short or long runs, even in the Texas heat I can always make sure I have plenty of water with me.
