Omron Pedometer Review

by Lori on June 27, 2011

Starting to exercise and get healthy can be daunting for some people.

I say start small. Start with just walking! Its easy and its free! You don’t need a gym membership to walk. You get to take in the fresh air and hopefully a nice scenery when you walk.

Now you say, how do I keep track of how far I walked or how many steps Im taking? Easy, spend a little money and get a good quality pedometer. Seriously, those $5 pedometers at some stores are junk. You get what you pay for.

I have had the best luck with Omron Pedometers! My favorite feature? How accurate they are! I also love how they automatically reset at midnight!

I have heard wonderful things about this Hip Pedometer and its only $26.99!

I have the pedometer listed below and I have nothing but great things to say about it. I love that I can sync the pedometer to my computer and track my progress. I love seeing how far I have walked and how many calories I have burned!

Like I said, start small in your healthy living journey. Get a good quality pedometer and start walking. If you can, get 10K steps a day! That’s roughly 4 miles of walking! You will be amazed at how much you walk with just your normal routine of housework and/or working! Step it up, get out there and get moving!

Omron has just about anything and everything you need to start keeping track of your healthy living  journey!
