Have you ever heard of Peanut Butter & Co.?
I had never ever heard of them until they popped up in my twitter feed. I of course had to go scout them out and knew immediately I would be in love. Besides, we go through A LOT of peanut butter in this house.
I also LOVE that this peanut butter is ALL NATURAL but without the yucky oil on top you have to stir before using. My kids see that oil and they go running.
Peanut Butter & Co.’s line of all-natural peanut butter contains no hydrogenated oils, no cholesterol, no trans-fats and, no high fructose corn syrup. Our flavors are gluten-free, vegan (except for The Bee’s Knees which is vegetarian), and certified kosher. Lastly, but just as importantly, we only use USA-grown peanuts in our peanut butter.
I was even more surprised to find out, they are NOT just peanut butter. You can also buy their specialty baking mixes, jellies, nuts, and even marshmallow fluff!
I can not even begin to tell you how IN LOVE I am with their products!
My secret is that my favorite is the Dark Chocolate Spread. Yeah, you heard right.
It is sooo delicious and I feel a little bit better about having chocolate. I mean, its dark chocolate and dark chocolate is food for you, right?
I also tried out a recipe Trisha at MomDot posted using just 3 ingredients to make Peanut Butter cookies.
I got my Smooth Operator Peanut Butter out and went to town on the recipe! Talk about amazing!! These were a absolute hit in my house and I love that they are gluten free!
YUM! I did have to send them to work with hubby because I was afraid I would eat ALL of them in one day!
SO as you can see, you can use Peanut Butter & Co. peanut butter not only for your traditional PB sandwiches, but they work fantastic in recipes as well!
If you are looking for a healthy peanut butter that still has amazing flavor and no nasty “must stir” oil on top, then you have to check out Peanut Butter & Co!
You can Follow Peanut Butter & Co. on twitter.
