Fish Tacos

Here is a super simple and healthy alternative to Fish Tacos you can make at home!

Fish Tacos

Fish Tacos

1lb of Tilapia, Cod or Halibut
Lemon Pepper Seasoning
Corn Tortillas
Broccoli Slaw or shredded cabbage
Avocado Cream Sauce (recipe to follow)

Heat a non-stick skillet with a small amount of oil. Dry the fish fillets then sprinkle with lemon pepper and pan fry about 3 minutes per side. Set aside and keep warm.

Layer fish in warm corn tortillas with cheese, avocado cream sauce, cheese, or desired taco toppings.

Avocado Cream Sauce

1/4 cup sour cream
half of a avocado
small amount of diced red onion
Small amount of lime juice

Mix together, mushing the avocado in the sour cream. Serve on Fish Tacos.

These are my absolute favorite! I love fish tacos! You must try these! They are much more healthier than the fried fish tacos.

They are amazing! When I tried these it was my first time to have them too. LOVE THEM! And I love that they are not breaded and fried like most fish taco recipes!
