Do you still have ham leftover from Christmas dinner? Try these out then! Super easy and yummy! Good for breakfast or dinner!
Ham and Cheese Pockets
1 roll of Crescent Rolls- I used the garlic butter flavor
2-3 slices of ham, chopped
1/2 cup of shredded cheese, any flavor- I used monterrey jack
Directions: Combine the chopped ham and cheese in a bowl and set aside. Heat your oven to 375 degrees and spray your cookie sheet with a cooking spray.
Now, lay 1 crescent roll on a cutting board and push it down to thin it out.
Load the biggest part with the ham and cheese mixture.
Next take the small corner and fold it over.
Start rolling it up, making sure you secure all the ends.
They should all look like this when you are done. They dont have to be perfect people. And yes I need new cookie sheets, anyone want to buy me any?
Cook for about 20 minutes but make sure you watch them. I actually set my timer for the time on the crescent roll package but kept going back and adding a bit of time. You don’t want them to burn, just a nice golden brown like this.
I served these with Roasted Garlic Parmesan Broccoli. SCORE! You have to try these!

We have lots of ham leftover and these would be perfect… something my son would actually eat! I have the ingredients and am going to make these tomorrow. Thanks for the great and simple idea!
