It is a rainy day in Houston today. The temp has dropped a bit which is nice but I do not think it will stick around long.
We are suppose to have softball tonight but we will see if that happens later. I plan to prepare for it just in case since we never find out till almost 4 in the afternoon and our game is at 6.
Our week is pretty jam packed. Again.
Here is our menu plan:
Monday- Baked Chili Rellenos- New recipe to be feature on Tex-Mex Series
Tuesday- Stove Top Mac and Cheese- New Recipe- did not get to make it this past week.
Wednesday- Spaghetti and Meatballs
Thursday- Tilapia, couscous, and a veggie
Friday- Parents Night Out
Saturday- Brisket Tacos- New recipe- Another Tex Mex Tuesday Feature
Sunday- Leftovers
