I hope everyone had a blessed Easter Weekend!
I decided to start planning breakfast and lunches along with my dinner menu. Most of the lunch menu is for me since the kiddos are in school most of the week but if they are home they will eat what I am having as well.

Any leftovers in fridge

Black Beans in the crock pot and rice
Quesadillas with leftover beans
Roasted Poblano and Garlic Soup- new recipe
Stove Top Mac and Cheese- New recipe
Turkey Burgers and Sweet Potato Fries
Brisket in the crock pot
Spaghetti and Turkey Meatballs
