This is the last week of summer vacation!
The kids go back to school next week!
This summer went by super fast for me. I was really worried it would drag on and on but it went by so fast. I wish I had more time with the kids but I know they had a great summer and are ready to see their friends again.
This week we are going to have fun and get ready for the new school year.
We plan to make trail mix for the kids to have for snacks and in their lunches. I am also going to start practicing bento lunches.
Here is our menu plan this week:
Monday- Dinner with friends
Tuesday- Pizza Muffins
Wednesday- Polynesian Meatballs with Rice and asparagus
Thursday- Breakfast(pancakes, bacon and eggs)
Friday- Parents Night Out
Saturday- Ribs, Mashed Potatoes, and Roasted Brussels Sprouts
Sunday- Taco Bar
