With only this week left of summer it is time to get back into a routine.
That also means meal planning. The last couple of weeks we have done a lot of flying by the seat of our pants. This also means we have eaten out more than we should have. Now its time to reign it in, detox, and get back to our usual nightly routines.
Here is what we have planned this week:
Monday- Brown Sugar Glazed Pork Loin, Rice, and Roasted Brussels Sprouts
Tuesday- Ravioli and Roasted Green Beans
Wednesday- Clean Tilapia and zucchini
Thursday- Soup from the Deep Freezer
Friday- Pizza Muffins
Saturday- Brisket Tacos
Sunday- Pan Roasted Chicken Thighs and Veggies to be determined
Along with our regular meals, this week I will be making muffins, pancakes, french toast sticks,etc to freeze for fast meals to help keep the morning calm.
