We started getting Bountiful Baskets again since I am eating mostly veggies so my menu plan this week will revolve around what was in our basket.
The kids were excited to see the grapes, cantaloupe, strawberries, and bananas in the box as well.
I plan to make a loaf of banana bread and zucchini bread but I am making them gluten free. Wish me luck on these!

Monday: Pan Seared Chicken Thighs and Asparagus
Tuesday: Quinoa Stuffed Peppers in the Crockpot and squash ribbons
Wednesday:Spaghetti Squash for Spaghetti and a large salad
Thursday: Leftovers
Friday: Parents Night Out
Saturday: Quinoa Taco Salad
Sunday: Baked Cod on a bed of veggies
