I can not believe July is almost over! This summer is going by way too fast!
On one hand I am ready for school to start back up. I am ready for some sort of normalcy and routine. On the other hand the thought of a rigid routine can also be daunting. I love routine. I thrive on it and so do the kids, but at the same time the care free days of summer are nice too.
Here is our menu plan this week, using the George Foreman Grill for most of the these meals as well.
Tuesday-Grilled Lasagna(new recipe, will include a video when I am done), Grilled Asparagus
Wednesday- Chicken and Avoccado Tostadas( we will use leftover Yogurt Lemon Chicken on these)
Thursday- Hubby and I are headed to a movie premeire so the kids will have pizza with the babysitter
Friday- Salmon Burgers and sweet potato fries
Saturday- Grilled Marinated Flank Steak Fajitas
Sunday- Easy and quick Spaghetti because we have a birthday party in the evening.
