You may have noticed that My Kinda Rain went on a little break last week. I needed sometime to be away from the computer and be with my family and recharge.
It was a great week and now that I am back, I have a ton of great things for you guys so make sure you stay tuned!
Now that we are somewhat back into a summer time routine it is time to rein in on our eating out. It has gotten way out of hand and we really need to eat at home more.
Here is what I have planned this week:
Monday- Sliders and grilled veggies.
Tuesday- Quinoa Taco Salad- recipe to come.
Wednesday- Baked tilapia and lots of veggies.
Thursday- Spaghetti Squash and sautéed kale.
Friday- Breakfast- Gluten Free Pancakes and bacon with fruit.
Saturday- Pan Roasted Chicken Thighs with veggies
Sunday- Crockpot Beef Roast and lots of veggies
If you haven’t noticed, I pretty much say “lots of veggies” on every day because I have no idea what will be on hand or what I feel like making.
