I had a pretty bad week nutrition wise.
I did not get to go to the store early in the week so that meant scavenging around for food which lead to not so healthy food choices. I am determined to make this week better.
Here is what is on our menu plan this week:
Monday: Salsa Chicken with Whole Wheat Noodles
Tuesday: Speedy Salmon, Quinoa, and grilled zucchini
Wednesday: Grilled Turkey Burgers on Ozery Pita Break 100 calorie buns with a large salad
Thursday: Citrus Grilled Chicken, Brown Rice, and Roasted Brussels Sprouts
Friday: Grilled Veggie Panini and French Onion Soup
Saturday- Homemade pizzas
Sunday- Marinated Flank Steak Fajitas for Fathers Day
