Menu Plan Monday~ June 13th

I had a pretty bad week nutrition wise.

I did not get to go to the store early in the week so that meant scavenging around for food which lead to not so healthy food choices. I am determined to make this week better.

Here is what is on our menu plan this week:

Monday: Salsa Chicken with Whole Wheat Noodles

Tuesday: Speedy Salmon, Quinoa, and grilled zucchini

Wednesday: Grilled Turkey Burgers on Ozery Pita Break 100 calorie buns with a large salad

Thursday: Citrus Grilled Chicken, Brown Rice, and Roasted Brussels Sprouts

Friday: Grilled Veggie Panini and French Onion Soup

Saturday- Homemade pizzas

Sunday- Marinated Flank Steak Fajitas for Fathers Day

nom nom nom – I do love roasted brussel sprouts! Actually, your whole menu plan looks delish :) I loved the turkey burgers on Ozery One buns we had last week so much that they made a repeat appearance this week :) WOO HOO! Here’s to an awesome week!
