I am starting this week with a renewed spirit and energy.
Last week was a real battle for me and I was determined to get out of my funk. It took a whole week but I woke up this morning determined to make it a great week. This includes meals.
Here is what we have planned this week:
Monday- Citrus Grilled Chicken, Brown Rice and grilled zucchini
Tuesday- Cilantro Lime Chicken with grilled pineapple, brown rice, and broccoli
Wednesday- Kebobs( havent decided if these will be chicken or beef yet), roasted sweet potatoes and green beans
Thursday- Whole Wheat Spaghetti with Meatballs and homemade sauce, large salad
Friday- Grilled Veggie Paninni and French Onion Soup
Saturday- Spinach Lasagna and large salad
Sunday- Homemade Pizzas
I have a lot of new recipes this week I am trying out. Actually most of the meals are new recipes and 6 out of 7 will all be done on the George Foreman Grill. You will have to come back and check out how I do it!
