It is Spring Break here for us.
Normally I would have a nice layout of all our meals since all 3 kids are home, but I slacked. At least for today. I am just now sitting down to plan out some menu plans.
Here is what I have so far:
Monday- Breakfast: Find it, Fix it.
Lunch: Peanut butter sandwiches for the boys and Turkey for Madison. Side of strawberries.
Dinner: Grilled Steaks, leftover scalloped potatoes, and grilled Asparagus
Tuesday: Breakfast: Another Find it, Fix it
Lunch: I am babysitting two extra kiddos. I hope they like Ham and Cheese Cornbread muffins. Really want to try out a new recipe.
Dinner: Freezer Meal. Pretty sure I have some chili or a beef and broccoli meal.
Wednesday- We are headed to The Woodlands Resort for a night of fun!
Thursday- We will still be gone. Will probably grab something this night once we get home.
Friday- Hubby is off. Breakfast: Sausage and Biscuits
Lunch: Ham and Cheese Sliders
Dinner: Turkey Burgers on the grill
Saturday: St. Patricks Day- Breakfast: Rainbow Pancakes with Bacon and eggs. Also some Lucky Charm Cereal
Lunch: Leprachan Floats, sandwiches, celery and green grapes.
Dinner: Brisket in the crock pot.Sides to be determined.
Sunday- Breakfast: French Toast Sticks(new recipe I am going to try out) and fried eggs.
Lunch: Leftovers
Dinner: Whole Chicken in Crock Pot(new recipe) Sides to be determined.
I also have every intention of making some banana muffins. I really hoe to squeeze in a new recipe for homemade fruit roll ups and granola bars too!
