We survived Spring Break!
Barely.
No really, it went fine. We had a small little getaway, kids never said “Mom I’m bored”, and hey…they survived.
I did not get to bake as much as I would have hoped but I think I can get a few things done this week.
Here is our menu plan this week:
Monday- Softball Game and Baseball Practice- Crock Pot Honey Sesame Chicken
Tuesday- Beef Stew
Wednesday-Baseball Practice- Softball Practice(probably)- Find It, Fix It
Thursday- Small Group-Pepperoni Cheese Roll Ups
Friday- Taco Pizza
Saturday- Baseball pictures- Chicken Fried Steak
Sunday- Spaghetti

You are so organized to have a weekly menu plan! It’s something I aspire to, but I’m not there yet. I’m sure I’d avoid waste and save money (and time in the store) if I did more advance menu planning. My kids are older/grown, and they have break at different times or not at all. I have them all home for (sniff) another hour or two. Enjoy having them all under one roof while you can.
