WOW what a whirl wind of a week! I completed the first week of the 90 day George Foreman Knock Out the Fat Weight Loss Challenge!
There was only 1 dinner dish that was not a hit at our house. I was sad about it too because it sure was a pretty dish!
This week we have lots of new recipes as well! I can not wait to try them out and then share them with you.
Here is what is on tap this week:
Monday-Chicken and Avocado Tostadas
Tuesday-Coriander Turkey Breast, Bulgar, and roasted green beans.
Wednesday- Lean meat and veggie Kebobs with brown rice.
Thursday- Grilled Chicken and Vegetable Salad
Friday-Speedy Salmon Fillet, quinoa, and veggies
Saturday-Fish Tacos and side salad
Sunday- Make your own Pizza. Using this pizza dough recipe, substituting Whole Wheat Flour.
