Menu Plan Monday~ May 16th

WOW what a whirl wind of a week! I completed the first week of the 90 day George Foreman Knock Out the Fat Weight Loss Challenge!

There was only 1 dinner dish that was not a hit at our house. I was sad about it too because it sure was a pretty dish!

This week we have lots of new recipes as well! I can not wait to try them out and then share them with you.

Here is what is on tap this week:

Monday-Chicken and Avocado Tostadas

Tuesday-Coriander Turkey Breast, Bulgar, and roasted green beans.

Wednesday- Lean meat and veggie Kebobs with brown rice.

Thursday- Grilled Chicken and Vegetable Salad

Friday-Speedy Salmon Fillet, quinoa, and veggies

Saturday-Fish Tacos and side salad

Sunday- Make your own Pizza. Using this pizza dough recipe, substituting Whole Wheat Flour.

MMM, I love fish tacos! In fact, they’re on my menu this week, too! How do you prepare them? What do you do to make ‘em special?

If you click on fish tacos in the menu plan it will bring up the recipe I use and the sauce I used to make them special! ;) Enjoy!
