We officially start baseball and softball this week which means crazy, busy nights!
I have never had two kids in sports before so this is all new to me and I am already feeling the pressure.
Meals this week will be simple and easy until I can get a better idea of how our afternoon/evening routines will work. Once I see how things will work I can plan more elaborate meals. I also need meals on Sunday night that my husband can take care of since I will be at the church with the kids at Awanas. So I am sure you will see us having lots of tacos, spaghetti and sandwiches on Sunday evening.
Here is what we have this week:
Monday-Broccoli Cheese Soup(Practice Night)
Tuesday- Potato and Cheese Pierogi’s with a sour cream garlic chive sauce
Wednesday- Grilled Cheese(Practice night)
Thursday- Breakfast for dinner
Friday- Pizza bites- Family Fun Night
Saturday- Quinoa Burgers(Practice)
