Tasty Tuesday~ Kale Chips
Since I have discovered a love for Kale I have been searching for different ways to eat it.
My friend Rachel at Following In My Shoes introduced me to my new addiction. And I am serious when I say addiction. I don’t like to share these kale chips. AT.ALL.
They are mine. I made them. So do not even THINK about touching them.
They are the most fabulous snack ever. Potato chips have NOTHING on these bad boys.
Let’s get started shall we?

Kale Chips
Ingredients:
Kale- 1 bunch for this recipe
1-1 1/2 TB Olive Oil
1 tsp Salt
1 tsp Pepper
1 tsp Garlic Powder
Directions:
heat your oven to 350. Wash and dry your kale really well. Tear the leaves into smaller pieces (think of a chip) and place into a bowl. Add olive oil, about a tablespoon and toss to coat the leaves really well. Spread the kale onto a baking sheet into a single layer. Sprinkle with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Bake for about 15 minutes but watch them carefully. If they start to get too brown they turn very bitter.

Now..go forth and make these delicious healthy snack….
But be prepared to crave them morning noon and night.
Don’t say I didn’t warn you!

I know it is a bit sad, but I looked for Kale at my grocery store and COULD NOT FIND IT! is it near the lettuce? I know really sad… I’ve been wanting to make these for a WHILE now… I suppose I could *ask* someone at the store… but I’m kinda like a guy in that respect
Thanks for sharing the recipe so I can once again attempt this
