I absolutely loved this dish! So clean, fresh and healthy! You think two tacos will not fill you up but its the perfect nutrients so it is very filling!
We filled our tacos with romaine lettuce, cherry tomatoes, avocado and Cilantro Cream Sauce. You can use flour or corn tortillas but we prefer corn.
I can not wait to make these again. I cooked mine on the George Foreman Grill but you can also saute them in a skillet. They take 2-3 minutes on each side in the skillet as well as the George Foreman. This meal was so fast to put together! I used tilapia for my fish since that is what I had on hand.
White Fish Tacos
Ingredients
2 tbsp freshly squeezed lime juice
2 tbsp olive oil
3 tbsp minced cilantro
1/4 tsp cumin
2 cloves of garlic, minced
1 lbs white fish such as tilapia, cod, halibut
touch of sea salt
Directions
1.Combine lime juice, olive oil, cilantro, cumin, and garlic into a pie dish or a resealable plastic bag. Mix together well. You can then place the fish into the pie pan and turn to coat or throw the fish into the bag and allow to marinate for 15-30 minutes. ~ I believe mine marinated for a hour or so.
2. Cook on your grill for 2-3 minutes per side or add 1 tbsp to a saute pan and cook on medium high heat, 2-3 minutes per side.

I love fish tacos! Whenever I go to this Mexican-themed restaurant, I always order it.
