Yogurt Lemon Chicken

by Lori on May 18, 2011

This my friends is one of my favorite meals so far on the George Foreman Knock Out the Fat Weight Loss Challenge.

Even my husband loved this one.

SCORE!

We served this along side Grilled Asparagus and Brown Rice. The leftover chicken was perfect on a salad the next day!

Yogurt- Lemon Chicken

Ingredients:

1lb chicken breast tenderloins

1/2 cup plain, non-fat greek yogurt

2 tsp. lemon zest

Juice from one lemon

1 garlic clove, minced

1/2tsp ground cumin

1/2tsp red pepper flakes

1/2tsp turmeric

1/2 tsp black pepper

1/2tsp sea salt

1/2 cup cilantro, chopped

1/2cup green onion chopped

Mix all ingredients into a ziploc bag and marinate in the refrigerator for 4 hours or overnight. Grill over medium-high heat until the chicken is cooked through.

We used the George Foreman Grill so it took 10 minutes maybe? Have I mentioned how much I love my George Foreman Grill! This dinner literally took 15 minutes to cook!
