Sloppy Joe Turnovers
  • 1lb ground beef or turkey
  • ¼ cup minced onion
  • ½ cup ketchup
  • ¼ cup sour cream
  • garlic powder
  • splash of Worcestershire sauce
  • Salt and Pepper
  • 10 count can of refrigerated biscuits- large size biscuits
  1. Preheat Oven to 375.
  2. Brown the ground beef in a large saute pan. Cook all the way through. Add in the onion and cook a few more minutes.
  3. Drain the beef and return to the pan.
  4. Add in the ketchup, sour cream, garlic powder to taste, splash and Worcestershire. Mix together well.
  5. Taste and add in salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Take the biscuits and roll them out where they are a little bit bigger.
  7. Add a spoonful to the middle of the biscuit and fold over. Do not over fill.
  8. Secure the edges and place on a lined, cooking spray cookie sheet.
  9. Bake 15 minutes or until the biscuits are done.
  10. The meat mixture can be frozen for a future sloppy joe meal. All you will need to do is pull the mixture from the freezer, defrost it and reheat. Add to your biscuits and you have a quick meal ready to go!
