What’s Cooking? March 10th Edition

by Lori on March 10, 2014

Anyone else dragging this Monday morning?

I know the culprit for my exhaustion. You all know her……Daylight Savings. That dreaded “spring forward” mess where we lose a hour of sleep but gain a hour of daylight in the evenings. Yes, I love the extra daylight when the husband gets home from work but the losing a hour of sleep really gets me.

Friday night, the husband and I had a date night at the rodeo where we saw Usher in Concert. I have been a fan of Usher since the 90’s! I was really hoping he played some old school and he sure did! It was a great concert.

Saturday was spent at the ball fields. Baseball this time. Our boys first tournament. Unfortunately it ended up being rained out so we only got to play our two pool games.

The day off on Sunday gave us time to get caught up on chores and relax as a family.

Now we are back to another busy week and I am going to share with you what I have planned for our dinner meals this week!

Monday– Pancakes, bacon, and eggs.

Tuesday– Greek Style Meatballs and Zucchini Noodles

Wednesday– Grab something between a soccer game and baseball game.

Thursday- Honey Garlic Chicken over rice and broccoli.

Friday– Fish and Shrimp Tacos

Saturday– Crock Pot Sweet and Spicy Wings

Sunday– Ribs in the Crock Pot (I did not get to cook these last week)
