What’s Cooking? March 17th Edition

by Lori on March 17, 2014

Good Monday morning friends!

Did we all have a wonderful weekend?

I know this momma did! Saturday the husband took M on a daddy/daughter date to the rodeo to see Hunter Hayes in concert. She was in heaven. Almost literally. Their seats were SO HIGH! M did not care. She loved it!

The boys and I went to see Mr. Peabody and Sherman for our mommy/son date. It was such a cute movie and they are already asking to go see it again with daddy and M this time.  We also played in the rain and colored with chalk on the wet concrete.

This week is a little crazy. It is Spring Break and that means Jake is home from preschool. This means I am getting my first taste of what the fall will be like with all 3 kiddos home and needing to be homeschooled. So far so good for a Monday.

kidsschoolspringbreakWe also have a softball tournament out of town this weekend so that means I am making meals with little to no leftovers and it is also means a short cooking week.

Here is what we have cooking this week:

MondayNo Peek Beef Tips with Noodles and green beans

Tuesday– Chicken Pesto Pasta

Wednesday– Crockpot Wings

Thursday– Any leftovers in the fridge or hot ham and cheese sandwiches.

Friday- Sunday– Out of town for Softball
